Ontario & Canada disability funding
Find the disability benefits and funding you are entitled to
The system is a maze of programs, forms, and deadlines. Navigate maps out what you already have, what you may qualify for, and what to apply for next — for adults and for children.
Free, confidential, and reviewed by a real navigator within five business days.
Choose your intake
Pick the form that matches the person the funding is for. If the person turns 18 soon, use the adult form and tell us in the notes.

One clear picture
A single checklist of every major program, with where you stand on each: current, applied, denied, or unsure.
A person, not a portal
A navigator reviews your intake and contacts you within five business days to plan next steps together.
Private by default
Your intake is only visible to Navigate staff. Nothing is shared without your permission.
Ready when you are
Most people finish an intake in about ten minutes. You can answer “unsure” to anything you do not know yet.
